Returns and Refunds:

• Eligibility: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we only accept returns for non-perishable items such as brewing equipment, accessories, and merchandise.
• Return Period: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Return Process:

Non-Returnable Items:

• Coffee products (due to their perishable nature)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale

Defective or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• For defective or incorrect items, Nomonym Coffee will cover the return shipping costs.
